At ETHNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
